Pearl 20 Recipes: Autumn Avocado Toast

Take your Avocado Toast from #basic to extraordinary.



2 avocados, mashed

1.54 ounces of Pearl 20

4 slices of sourdough bread, toasted

1 acorn squash, sliced and roasted

¼ cup walnuts, toasted

2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

1 tablespoon honey



In a small bowl, mix together avocado’s and Pearl 20. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Spread avocado mixture onto 4 slices of sourdough bread. Arrange acorn squash slices over top. Sprinkle with walnuts and pomegranate seeds. For the finishing touch, drizzle honey over the avocado toast. Serve.
