Enjoying a scoop or two of ice cream piled high in a waffle cone is one of life’s greatest joys. Last week, we asked our amazing customers on Instagram what their favorite flavor was – strawberry won by a landslide. Our surprise quickly turned into delight when it dawned on us that we can use the beautiful strawberries that are currently in season to make a cannabis-infused recipe. We chose none other than 3 ingredient ice cream. Have you heard of it?
Whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk are the base, then you add in whatever flavor you want. We chose pureed strawberries. This cannabis-infused recipe is a straight up delight! Enjoy.
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 pint of strawberries, pureed
1 vial of Pearl 20
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a large bowl.
Whip the heavy cream until it holds stiff, billowy peaks, about 3 minutes. Gently scoop the whipped cream into the condensed milk. Add the pearl. Fold together until the mixture becomes soft and silky. Add the pureed strawberries and fold together.
Scrap the mixture into a freezer safe container. Freeze overnight.
