Cannabis Infused Recipe: Coconut Milk and Mixed Berry Popsicles

What a better way to celebrate 4-20 than with this cannabis infused recipe. These Coconut Milk and Mixed Berry Popsicles are a taste of summer. They are creamy, a tad sweet and made with no refined sugar so you won’t ruin your beach body.



1 15 oz. can of full-fat coconut milk

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 Pearl 20 mini

2 cups mixed berries



Whisk together coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and Pearl together, until creamy.

Blend the mixed berries together.

Divide coconut milk mixture equally between popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Then top with berry puree. Freeze again for 30 minutes and stick in the popsicle sticks, continue freezing for another 40 minutes or so.
