We decided to lighten things up with this Matcha Chia Seed Pudding infused with Pearl. Chia seeds take on a creamy texture when mixed with liquid or in this case, almond milk. They are a great source of fiber, omega 3’s, protein, vitamins, and minerals. We then upped the health factor by adding two teaspoons of Matcha, which is known for being packed with anti-oxidants. 1/3 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon honey
1 vial of Pearl 20
2 teaspoons matcha
Mix together all the ingredients in a mason jar. Let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Top with fresh cut fruit or whipped cream. Serve.
