Your father needs a drink to go along with his meal, after all. If he has been curious about trying out cannabis or if he is already an experienced partaker, then infusing his cocktail with Pearl is a great way to go. We have shaken and stirred an Old Fashion Cocktail but with a unique twist. Instead of whiskey, we used roasted barley tea. Trust us, you won’t miss the booze when the THC hits your system. Enjoy!
2 tablespoons roasted barley tea, steeped for 20 minutes
1/2 teaspoon simple syrup
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 vial of pearl 2o
Garnish: Lemon peel
In a rocks glass, add roasted barley tea, simple syrup, and Angostura Bitters. Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add the pearl 20 and gently stir to combine flavors. Express the oil of a lemon peel over the glass, then drop in. Serve.
