Cannabis-Infused Recipe: Veggie Sandwich with Homemade Aioli Sauce

What does lunch typically look like for you? A bag of potato chips? An energy bar? Or maybe an apple because you are feeling healthy. Let me tell you, friends, that is no way to live. Your body needs proper nourishment throughout the day in order to stay energized and ready to tackle that long to-do list. This cannabis-infused recipe is pretty straightforward but what makes it feel special is the homemade aioli. It only takes 5 minutes AND it’s infused with Pearl. Sounds good, right? We thought so! Get cooking.



Aioli sauce

2 tbsp mayo

1  Pearl 2o mini

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Dash of sea salt


Two slices of whole grain bread, toasted if you so wish

1/4 avocado smashed

1 cucumber, sliced

1 tomato, sliced

1 shredded carrot

2 tablespoons beet sauerkraut

1 cup spinach


Spread one slice of bread with avocado and the other side with aioli sauce. Layer the ingredients on the bread and slice in half. Serve.
