Infuse Your Late Night Viewing of the Royal Wedding with Cannabis

Historically we’ve loved royal weddings. But what makes this wedding extra exciting for those of us here in the U.S.? Meghan Markle is the first American to marry into the royal family since 1937, and it’s all happening on May 19th. The couple’s mysterious meeting through an “unnamed mutual friend” gives us all a bit of material for daydreaming. It could have been any of us! Especially since they obviously met on Tinder.

Networks will begin airing the events surrounding the ceremony at 7 AM GMT, which means it will air 2 AM to 7 AM on Saturday, May 19th. Unless you’re a total night owl, you’ll want to stream it later in the day. Or maybe you like bleary-eyed TV watching! Since the best part of the wedding is always the reception, and none are rich and famous enough to be invited to Windsor, here’s how to celebrate the bride and groom from home.

Sip to Key Moments

We encourage microdosing to ensure you can thoroughly enjoy the entire program. Start with a 10 MG bottle of Uptopia™ Sparkling water or Happy Apple™ cannabis-infused apple drink. Take a drink of around 1 MG of Utopia or Happy Apple when one of these key moments of the program occur:

  • Announcer comments on how Markle’s ring compares to Kate Middleton’s.
  • Reporter talks about the size of the crowd attending wedding.
  • An American celebrity appears on camera.
  • Tribute to Princess Diana.
  • The Queen makes an appearance.
  • Prince Harry and Meghan kiss.
  • Prince George looks pissed off.
  • One of Harry’s ex-girlfriends he met at a sports match appears on camera.
  • Announcer compares Markle and Middleton.

Mix Up  Pearltinis

There’s no better exemplification of class than a martini. Sip on a Pearltini made with Pearl20™ as you watch the rich and famous mingle before your eyes.

1.54 oz. Pearl₂O™ (from 100mg bottle)

1/2 oz. olive brine, cold

1/2 lemon, squeezed juice, cold

4 oz. tonic water, cold

Green olives for garnish

Combine brine, juice, and Pearl₂O™ together in a mixing glass, stirring well to incorporate. Using a Hawthorne Strainer, strain directly into ice-filled glasses and top with tonic water. Add a few drops of bitters, and garnish with olives.
