Pearl Gets Cooking with Indi Chocolate

Indi Chocolate is a bean to bar chocolate company located in famous Pike Place Market. They work directly with farmers and cooperatives to make small batch single origin, dark chocolate.  They also create a wide range of cacao-based products including teas, spices, rubs, and lotions.
